Excellent experience. Person seemed very genuine.
Advice for buyers:
Check road tax online ( https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-tax-rate-tables ). Note new any petrol or diesel car registered on or after 1 April 2017 has £180 road tax regardless of emmisions. If the vehicle is pre-2017 you can check its emmisions here: https://www.gov.uk/check-vehicle-tax

Hi All , Buyers,
We have been called the car dealership two days running for a video for a car we was interested in ,
and some reviews online aren't great!!!! just look for your self.
(Don't bother better using a main car dealership)

Having seen the mixed reviews on here, I was a bit sceptical of what I would find, but any doubts were soon put to rest.
We went to purchase a second car for the family and the guys were very accommodating to show me a few vehicles and take me for a test drive.
It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t had a problem with the vehicle so can’t complain.
Would recommend to anyone who asked me about buying a new car

One of the best dealerships I have ever come across the customer service is great and on point the vehicles they sell are on such great condition I brought my vw polo around 5 months ago and I didn’t receive any issues. Amazing company for your cars I give this dealership a 5 star rating!!!!!

Recently purchased a car from here and I have to say it's the best car sales experience I have ever had.
Was able to come and view over a bank holiday, when turning up I was left to my own devices to inspect the vehicle. I was allowed to test drive the car.
When turning it on the battery had gone, I was told that if buying they would replace the battery at no extra cost. The window was found to not be working, replaced at no extra cost.
Sale of the car was smooth, I did not need to barter as the price was extremely reasonable, and with the offer of fitting other parts. Came serviced and with 12 months MOT.
I was told when leaving to call if I had any issues with the car. The night I took it home the alarm started going off randomly, this continued to the next day when also the dash started telling me the bonnet was open and it wasn't - the two problems linked to a faulty bonnet catch. I called and explained and was offered to bring the car down right away to be fixed, and I was even kindly offered a car to use in the interim. Problem fixed extremely promptly and with a kind attitude.
Can't fault my service and would certainly come back here again. This is actually the second car I've had from here with a great service. Thanks a lot quality cars.

WARNING! Do not use this company. I brought a car from this company 2 months ago and have had nothing but issues with it. On the first point of sale I was informed by the owner that the car had been fully serviced, this was NOT! the case. First issue was the air con pipes were non existent ( not entirely sure how the vehicle was fully serviced) second issue was loud clonking and grinding coming from the wheels so I took it down and the owner test drove my car and his response to the issue was and I quote "you have noisy tyres" found out from his preferred garage that it was the shock absorb. I have since taken it to a professional garage because the loud noise hadn't gone away to find it it was actually the suspension. When calling quality cars to inform them he didn't want to know because of the 1 star review given. Very childish and had no idea what you're going on about. All round very bad attitude and did not want address the customer's concerns. Once the car is sold there is no after sales care what so ever. Third issue was the start/stop does not work so addressed that too! His response was "for the start stop to work you need to turn off eco mode" never heard such nonsense in my life. Folks please do not waste your money with this company.

I bought my car (VW Golf) a few weeks after the first lockdown. This dealer was a little ways away from me so I called ahead to make sure it was still available. They were very nice over the phone and was more than happy for me to come and take a test drive. The precautions they had in place made me feel comfortable doing so. I fell in love with the car and they advised me on ways to finance it that were suitable to me rather than them pushing sponsored companies and what not. After picking up the car and driving for a few months I noticed a small fault which they quickly helped me resolve whilst being considerate to my location. Overall, I'm very happy to recommend Quality Cars. Their stock, advice and service were really something I appreciated.

my wife and I recently purchased a Suzuki swift as a second car ( run-around.) we were dealt with very politely and with no pressure. we took a couple of test drives prior to choosing the car we wanted. I called by a few days before picking up our car and they were in the middle of servicing it ( as part of our agreement). the car runs fine and everything seems good. our experience with quality cars was a refreshing change.the whole transaction was pleasant , simple , unrushed and the workers were friendly without being pushy. we have only had the car two weeks, but all seems well. IF we have a problem in the future, I like to think they would be just as helpful. we will recommend them. thanks
