Had a concern about our car whilst visiting Bedford and wasn't sure whether it would be possible to get home. Called them by phone for some advice and they agreed to take a look. In the 15 minutes after arriving they had hoisted it up, made a temporary repair and assured us it was safe to go ... all at no charge. Ordered a new car a while back and it was delivered last week . The sales executive I dealt with, Nasim Ali ,was excellent , he kept me informed on progress of the order , nothing was too much trouble, answered all my queries straight away , including those after I had taken possession of the car . There was no hard sell that you often get and the trade in price was honoured even though it took over 9 months for the car to be delivered. So far the car is perfect. Really happy with the service provided by Steven Eagell and Nasim in particular
