I've had the privilege of working with Luke as my personal trainer who has not only transformed my fitness regime but has also been an invaluable source of knowledge in terms of form and diet. My journey with Luke has been nothing short of amazing, and I can't help but share my experience with you all.
From the very first session, it was evident that Luke was different. He took the time to understand my fitness goals, limitations, and any specific concerns I had. What truly sets him apart is his dedication to educating his clients. His amazing e-books are extremely informative and gave me the knowledge to take my training to the next step, he truly believes that knowledge is power, and this belief has been a game-changer for me.
One of the most impressive aspects of my training experience was the emphasis on proper form. Luke meticulously corrected my form in every exercise, ensuring that I not only worked out effectively but also reduced the risk of injury. He provided detailed explanations and demonstrations, allowing me to fully grasp the importance of maintaining proper form in every exercise. This focus on form has not only enhanced my workout performance but has also prevented any potential setbacks due to incorrect technique.
Diet, too, became a major component of my fitness journey, thanks to Luke. He didn't just hand me a generic meal plan; instead, he educated me on the principles of nutrition and asked me about the food I like and dislike. I’ve had PT sessions with Luke a number is times and he’s a great motivator, straight to the point and will really help you get the right mindset when it comes to dieting and nutrition. For years I’ve struggled with food intake and consistency and Luke has been the only person to genuinely change my mindset and relationship with healthier choices when it comes to eating. Whether you need help with training at the gym or want to learn new ways to diet that aren’t extreme but sustainable to your lifestyle, I’d 100% recommend Luke!!

Trained with Luke for 12 months, would strongly recommend, knows his stuff, comes across very friendly and is very flexible regarding scheduling, comes up with interesting\varied workouts. Communication is good, mostly via SMS\Whatsapp. I wasn't as successful losing weight as I would have liked (Luke's speciality) but it was abundantly clear that that’s down to me and my penchant for the cookie jar. Luke did come up with good dietary advice but it's me who needs to stick to them...

I have trained with Luke for a number of months now and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Knowledgeable, insightful and provides excellent workouts tailored to your goals added to that they make you work hard feel provides a real sense of achievement! Within the first month I noticed changes that I have waited years for. He also provides a range of additional resources to assist in your progression e.g. workout plans, meal ideas, goal setting, video to name a few. He has great comms and his app is an excellent addition to track your journey. Top marks give him a go you won’t regret it!

Began working with Luke in August 2022~ with some knowledge of macros and exercise, but have learned a lot since working with Luke. In my first session I remember being very nervous to rejoin the gym as I'd gained so much COVID weight but Luke was instantly friendly and my anxiety lessened. We immediately jumped into workouts and though I felt like I was being thrown in the deep end a little, ultimately I feel this benefit me much more than if we had taken things slower... Plus I felt like I got my money's worth.
I'm still working with Luke now, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I'm down 65lbs and have massively improved my strength and form in the gym as well as gained the necessary knowledge to be able to work out by myself without looking like a complete noob.
Additionally there's a weekly check in sheet to help monitor your progress and stay accountable, as well as workouts Luke adds to the app. Basically, you're never short of stuff to do.

I’ve enjoyed doing this coaching program with Luke. My program was tailored to me which I really needed as it helped me to target specific areas whilst losing fat. I also liked that I had weekly check ins because having accountability helped me to stay on track. Luke was quite understanding when I had a slip up with eating or training and gave helpful tips to help me get back on track and maintain focus. I’d definitely do this program again and recommend to anyone who wants to lose fat but also wants to build their physic.

I have worked with Luke over past months, having never previously properly felt comfortable within a gym and the equipment use. I have previous injuries from both sporting injuries and a car crash, which meant I have struggled to find workouts that adapt and can strengthen and assist with these.
Luke has been exceptionally patient and helpful over the time as my PT within PureGym and has made the gym something I enjoy and will maintain doing. He appreciates that not everyone wants to only lose weight or build lots of muscle and that everyone has their own independent goals - such as mine which primarily included wanting to strengthen up certain injury weaknesses. I would definitely recommend him, especially if you’re new to gym or need someone you can constantly check in with if you wish, to both keep you accountable and for any extra help or questions between sessions.

I highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer. I've worked with him on and off for nearly a year. In that time he's made various diet/workout plans for me. They've challenged me, helped me to lose weight and build muscle. As someone who started out quite intimated by the gym and using free weights, I now enjoy working out. He's very professional with a good sense of humour, even if he isn't as funny as me. 🤣 Luke has been very supportive and accommodating around my long working hours, for which I am very grateful. He's helped me to stay focused on my goals. 😎💪

Luke taught me so much about balanced diet exercise and even boosted my confidence in the gym, through lock down Luke made sure he kept in touch and helped his clients get to there idea weight and shape. Not just a PT he's changed my whole mind set for the better. Life changing and genuinely nice person with a non judgemental personality. I always look forward to seeing him in the gym helping others. Highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer. He really helped me gain confidence in the gym and discover my abilities. Regular communication with any questions you have, or help with workout plans and diets, and makes PT sessions fun and motivating
